Donna White
I am Army Reservist Medic and currently employed as a Med Sgt with 7 Rifles.
I have been in the Army Reserves and RAF since 1997, during which time I have completed 5 tours in Iraq, Afghanistan and recently Cyprus. I have also done several short-term training teams (STTTs) in Malawi, Uganda, Kenya and South Africa. Within my military career I have traveled all over the world, including Germany, France Belgium, Spain, Switzerland, Kuwait and Bahrain. I have also trained and worked with Regular units from The Rifles, Royal Marines 42 Commando Unit, The Mercians and trained with 22 SAS and worked with United States Marine Core.
In my civilian job, I am a Police Officer for the Metropolitan Police Service and have been doing this role for 20 years. In my spare time, I work for the NHS and volunteer as a First Responder for London Ambulance Service.
In May 2021 I have challenged myself to trek up to Black Rock Kala Patthar, Everest Base Camp to raise money for Rock2Recovery. Rock2Recovery is a charity to help change the lives of Armed Forces and Emergency Services who are affected by stress.

Rock2Recovery founded by Jason Fox ( former Marine and SBS and TV Show SAS Who Dares Wins), Rock2 Recovery seeks out distressed veterans and members of the Emergency services proactively and affected family members, They provide one to one coaching that is specific to the requirements of the individual. They provide Coaching sessions, events and workshops on PTSD. They have 24hr helpline and provide peer support.
