I was in the Royal Marines for 13 years and am now part of the RM Reserves.

Currently working as a Staff Nurse in Dundee.

I'm 51 years old.

I will be taking part in this years Great North Run, 12 Sept, which is a half marathon (13.1 mile). 

I will be doing this carrying the full marching weight of 55lbs
