Emma Henry

My name is Emma, I'm 48 and married to Simon. We have two children Daisy 8 and Zac 6.

I am an ex nurse, I left the NHS three years ago due to my mental health.

I am so pleased to say that my mental health has improve dramatically and is the best it has ever been. I now work nights at Sainsbury's.

I recently found out about Rock2Recovery and the fantastic work that they do. This has inspired me to raise money for this charity. 

We live in Norwich so I have definitely set myself a challenge, to climb Snowdon.
